Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all wholesale, mixed-batch, and custom orders placed with VEXOAPPAREL. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. Eligible Returns & Refunds


We accept returns and provide refunds or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Products with production flaws such as poor stitching, printing errors, fabric defects, or damaged accessories. Claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery with clear photos or videos.

    Minor color differences or sizing variations within 1-3cm are normal in bulk production and are not considered defects.
  • Shipping Errors: Wrong style, color, size, or quantity delivered by our mistake. Claims must be submitted within 3 calendar days of delivery with proof.

2. Non-Returnable Items


Returns and refunds are not accepted for:

  • Custom orders including printed logos, names, numbers, or OEM/ODM designs (unless defective due to our manufacturing error).
  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the buyer.
  • Items returned beyond the 7-day or 3-day claim period.
  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective).
  • Mixed-batch orders where only part of the order is non-defective. Only defective items can be returned, not the entire order.

3. Return Process


  1. Submit a request by email or WhatsApp with your order number, delivery date, reason for return, and supporting photos/videos.
  2. Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) number from us. Returns without an RA number will be rejected.
  3. Ship the items back with the RA number marked on the package. Return shipping cost is borne by the buyer unless the error is caused by us.
  4. We will inspect the returned items within 3–5 business days and process a replacement or refund accordingly.

4. Refund Terms


  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. It may take 7–15 business days to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is caused by us.
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once design is confirmed and production has started. Deposit will be forfeited.

5. MOQ & Mixed Batch Policy


Our standard MOQ is 20 pieces total per order, supporting mixed styles, colors and sizes. Returns are limited to defective or wrong items only, not the entire mixed batch.
